My overall experience was easy, hassle free, and the shipping was quick. I only give 4 stars because the one of my letters arrived bent/distorted. I don't know that it was a carrier issue so much as it was a packaging issues. Regardless, they shipped me a replacement letter (free of charge) and it arrived in less than a week. Our company has bought from Wrought Iron for numerous projects and we will likely continue.
