I was looking for a rustic/Adirondack sign bracket and found Wrought Iron Haven. I purchased their Wrought Iron Moose Family Sign Post Bracket 36in. When the bracket arrived I discovered the 2 hanging holes for the sign were spaced 25 inches apart which did not match the website description of 18 inches. The bracket is beautiful but I could not use it to hang the sign I had (needed 18 inch separation for the hanging holes). I contacted customer service via the website to describe the issue. I was shortly contacted (via phone) by a very helpful customer service representative (Nina) who went out of her way to resolve the issue. She explained the product description on the site was incorrect but she requested the bracket be remade with the 18 inch hole separation. One week later I received the replacement bracket with the 18 inch separation. They also provided a pre-paid shipping label to return the original bracket back to them. Wow! This is my new most favorite company. Outstanding customer service and their product is well made and looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for iron products for the home.
