This is the 4th order I have placed with Wrought Iron Haven including outlet and switch covers, a heavy duty sign hanger, and a mug rack. Each order has been excellent quality, arrived on time, and included a coupon for a discount on future orders. The customer service over the phone has been quick to answer my questions and extremely pleasant throughout our conversation. I highly recommend the company and their products and already have future orders in mind. Ordering online through their website has been a breeze but as brick and mortars are disappearing, it’s nice to actually speak to someone, when needed, representing a company who cares about the quality of their product and more importantly the relationship with their customers!
